This Refund Policy governs all in-app purchases made within ARITHMOS, developed and operated by Fikazon Technologies Ltd. We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. Please review this policy carefully before making any transactions.
1. General Policy
All purchases of virtual currency (Coins), power-ups, cosmetic items, and other virtual goods within ARITHMOS are considered final at the time of transaction. Because virtual goods are delivered instantly and consumed within the App, refunds are generally not available once a purchase has been completed and the items delivered to your account.
However, we recognize that certain circumstances may warrant a refund, and we handle each request fairly on a case-by-case basis.
2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

3. How to Request a Refund
3.1 Through Fikazon Technologies
To request a refund directly from us, send an email to info@fikazonsms.com with the subject line "ARITHMOS Refund Request" and include the following:
- Your full name and ARITHMOS username.
- The email address associated with your account.
- Date and approximate time of the purchase.
- Transaction ID or receipt number (if available).
- The item(s) purchased and amount paid.
- The reason for your refund request.
- Any supporting evidence (screenshots, error messages, etc.).
We will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.
3.2 Through Google Play Store
If you made your purchase through Google Play, you may also request a refund directly from Google within their applicable refund window. Visit Google Play Refund Support for instructions. Google's refund policies may differ from ours and are governed by their own terms.
3.3 Through Other Payment Providers
For purchases made through Paystack, Flutterwave, or other payment gateways, you may contact the respective provider. However, we recommend contacting us first at info@fikazonsms.com so we can assist in resolving the matter efficiently.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (typically 5–14 business days after approval).
- Refunded virtual items, coins, or power-ups will be deducted from your account upon refund issuance.
- If refunded items have already been consumed or used, the refund amount may be adjusted or the refund may be denied.
- Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original transaction.
5. Subscriptions
If ARITHMOS offers subscription-based services in the future:
- Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your app store account settings (Google Play, etc.).
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period, unless required by applicable law.
- If you are charged after cancellation due to a processing error, you are entitled to a full refund for the erroneous charge.
- Free trial periods, if offered, will not be charged if cancelled before the trial expires.
6. Chargebacks
⚠ Important: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us may result in the immediate suspension of your ARITHMOS account. We strongly encourage you to contact us at info@fikazonsms.com to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback.
If a chargeback is filed and later found to be unwarranted, we reserve the right to recover the charged-back amount, suspend the associated account, and pursue any available legal remedies.
7. Promotional Credits and Free Items
Items obtained through promotional offers, referral bonuses, rewards, giveaways, or free distributions are not eligible for refunds or cash equivalents. These items hold no monetary value and are provided at our discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fikazon Technologies Ltd's total liability for any refund claim shall not exceed the actual amount paid by you for the specific transaction in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from purchase disputes.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Your continued use of ARITHMOS and its purchase features after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
10. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and applicable consumer protection regulations. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
